Throughout the past year, I have been taking a professional development course on blended learning and what that means for the personalization of education for students. As the course progressed, I was tasked with creating a prototype of blended learning that I could use in my own class that would help me to meet my goal of creating independent learners in my classroom.

Copyright is one of those topics that EVERYONE knows about, but very few actually understand. Often we equate copyright with the written word, specifically as it relates to books. However, it is much more than that and encompasses a wide range of mediums.

In the world of education, the word “failure” is almost as bad as a curse word. It’s full of negative connotations and it can be a heavy burden to bear for most students.
